Menu for the Week

A trip to our local Chinese cash-and-carry with a friend, Jane, meant that I came home with choi sum, pak choi, beansprouts, coriander, fish cakes, etc. which means Chinese dishes are on the menu for the next week.  I like the menu to be balanced with a mixture of carbs and protein.  As it happens, the menu for the week turned out like this:
